Using the Heroal RS37RC3 shutter slat, this shutter has been tested in accordance with AS 1530.8.2-2018
Installation Requirements
- The shutter must be installed at least 25mm away from the window system
- The window system must be at minimum a 5mm toughened glass window with an aluminium frame
- Louvred windows and similarly poorly sealed windows will not be accepted
- The shutter pelmet must be above the window system
- A manual override motor must be used (or a battery backups UPS in lieu of a manual override motor if accepted by a certifier as being sufficient alternative to cater for allowing operation of the shutter in power outage)

Please note that production lead times commence only when we have received the full payment. It is the customers responsibility to ensure this is paid in a timely manner.
Delivery Conditions:
Areas that are non Major Cities in the structure, or some properties/farms may incur delays in delivery.
Public holidays, Easter, and Christmas can extend the delivery times by 15-20 working days.
Any roller shutter that exceeds a width or height of 2200mm, or weighs more than 24kg, necessitates a commercial delivery address with a forklift access; Alternatively, it can be collected from the nearest depot.
Wiring AC Electrical Motors:
AC Electric motors need to be wired into the mains of the property by a fully qualified electrician. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure this is done by a registered and qualified electrician.
